poem: rush hour
Blowing laughter down his nose discreetly, the Chinese kid sitting next to me looks at something funny on his laptop screen. I have put down a book of poetry to watch a long-limbed Polish girl do nothing several seats ahead.

I have a polish friend. She's pretty and much smarter than any of the jokes suggest.
Thanks for the compliments on my Groovebox. I've always caught quite a bit of flack for my dichotomous musical selections.
